珠海市医学培训中心是珠海市卫生局属下的培训机构，成立于2004年4月。中心依托珠海市卫生学校为阵地，是珠海市唯一的承担全市在职卫生专业技术人员继续医学教育及培训的专门机构。
Founded in April,2004,Zhuhai Medical Training Center is a training institution subordinated to Zhuhai Municipal Health Bureau. Based in Zhuhai Health School,the Center is the sole specific institution that has assumed the task of continuing medical education and training of on-job health professionals of the whole city.
医学培训中心在市卫生局指导下，为全市在职卫生专业技术人员提供优质的培训服务。培训中心主要工作包括：一、继续医学教育工作，承担珠海市卫生专业技术人员的继续医学教育以及卫生专业技术人员继续医学教育IC卡与学习卡的登录与管理工作。二、全科医学培训工作，作为珠海市全科医学教育岗位培训理论教学基地，承担珠海市全科医学培训的理论教学工作。三、农村基层在职卫生技术人员教育培训工作。四、珠海市在职卫生技术人员的专业技能培训、岗前培训及有关考试辅导等。
Under the guidance of the Municipal Health Bureau,the Medical Training Center provides the on-job health professionals with quality training services. The work of the Training Center mainly include: 1. Continuing medical education and it assumes the registration and management work for the IC cards and learning cards for the continuing medical education of health professionals of Zhuhai and the continuing medical education of health professionals. 2. The training work of general practice: as the theoretical teaching base for the post training of general practice medical education,the Center assumes the theoretical teaching job of general practice medical training of the whole city. 3. The teaching and training work of on-job health professionals in rural and grass-roots levels. 4. The professional skill training prior to assuming of work posts as well as pre-exam tutoring,etc. of on-job health professionals of Zhuhai City.
医学培训中心自成立以来，按照市卫生局要求，不断加强自身建设，增强培训意识，提高了培训能力，并保质保量地完成了市卫生局下达的各项培训任务。至今已举办了4期共300多名学员的全科医学规范化培训班，此外还举办了珠海市基层卫生技术骨干培训班、珠海市基层卫生院院长培训班、珠海市农村基层卫生技术人员培训班、执业医师考试辅导班、新调入人员岗前培训班等，全市近2000人次接受了各项培训。
Since its establishment,in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Health Bureau,the Medical Training Center has constantly strengthened its own construction,consolidated training sense and elevated training capacities,and has completed the various training tasks assigned by the Municipal Health Bureau with good quality and full amount. So far,it has held four training seminars of standard general practice with 300 participants. In addition,it has also held such training seminars as “Training seminar for health technical backbones at the grass-roots level”,“Training seminar for directors of health stations at grass-roots level of Zhuhai City”,“Training class for newly recruited personnel before assuming work posts”,and a total of 2,000 personnel from the whole city have received various kinds of training.
医学培训中心将继续以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，贯彻落实科学发展观，牢固树立科学人才观，求真务实，开拓创新，为广大医疗卫生工作者提供更科学化、规范化、系统化、专业化的医学培训，为珠海的继续医学教育事业做出积极的贡献。
The Medical Training Center shall continue to be guided by Deng Xiaoping’s theories and the important thoughts of “three representations”,carry out and implement the scientific concept of development,and firmly establish the scientific concept of talents. It shall be realistic and practical,pioneering and innovative and provide medical and health professionals with more scientific,standard,systematic and professional medical training and make active contributions to the undertaking of continuing medical education of Zhuhai.
